When you submit the quote intake form, we collect your name, email, phone, project address or general location, the service you're asking about, your budget range, your preferred timeline, and any notes you choose to add.

We log standard web-server information: IP address, user-agent, page accessed, timestamp. This is used only to operate the site and investigate abuse (form spam, scraping).

We use what you send to respond to your quote request — that's it. Email and phone are how we reach back. Address is so we can scope the work properly. Budget and timeline let us plan honestly with you.

The quote form asks for a phone number, and it asks separately whether Solutions Construction LLC may call and text you at it, including by automated dialling system or prerecorded message. That box starts unticked. Ticking it is your consent, and we record the date and time along with the exact number you gave it for.

We only text or autodial a number where that box was ticked. If it wasn't, we may still answer your request with a call placed by hand, and that's all. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. The form submits either way and we work the request either way.

Consent belongs to the number, not to you. If the number on your record changes, the consent doesn't follow it to the new one.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to stop, or email [email protected] and we'll take the number off.

We don't sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't add you to a marketing list, and we don't buy or use data brokers.

We don't use third-party trackers, fingerprinting, or behavioral advertising on this site. No Meta Pixel, no Google Ads tag, no session-replay tools.

The owner-operator (Dustin Olverson) sees what you submit. Lead data is stored in a Postgres database hosted on infrastructure we control, in a US data center. The database is not exposed to the public internet.

Active leads stay in the system through the project lifecycle and for one year after final walk for warranty record-keeping. Inactive leads (no contact, no contract) are purged after 24 months.

You can ask us to delete your record at any time. Email [email protected] with the address and email you submitted under and we'll wipe it within 7 business days.

We use one cookie: a session cookie for the admin login on /admin. There are no advertising cookies on the public site.

We don't run any analytics scripts on the public site right now — no Plausible, no Google Analytics, no nothing.

If we change anything about how we handle your information, we'll update the date at the top of this page and post a short note on the homepage for at least 30 days.
